Can't wait for Bali! This would be a little light-hearted. I just wanted to share where I got my inspiration from and how excited I am to actually make something out of my upcoming travels with Angelica and some friends from Tegal. We're going to Bali for 4 nights in February! WHOOPEE! Also probably a Bandung and Garut trip in November after my exams and Thailand with Mommamia. I am so excited but that also means that I have to get a job and start working in December so I can actually use my own money (although Mom would definitely sponsor - I know I'm blessed) and go crazy. Okay not really. But I need to work to get gears. Like a camera (& a GoPro) and probably a new MacBook if I don't get one from Santa on Christmas. Yes, Santa exists and at home, we call her Mom and everyday is Christmas. The travel series I am so inspired by is Jalan-Jalan Men! (or click here), yes I know you expected something from NatGeo or Discovery but I am a practical person who prefers practical travels and practical channels. Like Youtube. (I do like expensive stuff and 5 star hotels but I'm 22 and I have an excuse to do budget travels and random trips with exciting people and I prefer watching people my age travel than Bule way older than me teach me how to appreciate wine and cheese.) So this Jalan-Jalan Men! is an Indonesian travel series produced by Christian Sugiono (!!!) and a collaboration between malesbanget.com, simPATI and valadoo.com. I didn't do much research into this, but at least I know something. They (the hosts) are funny, they are random, they are fun. I can't wait for our own videos!
