    RIP Tante Stein

This post is dedicated to Tante Stein.

She passed away this morning from High Blood Pressure. She's only in her late forties. God Bless her soul.

These are some of the things I'll miss..
    • her fabulous cooking skills (she always prepare our favorite food whenever we go over to her house)
    • her really loud laughter and talking
    • her funny personality
    • her monthly visits to our house
    • our occasional sleepover at her house
    • my special TehBotol & Mie Goreng deliverer (I'll always ask her to get me two boxes of TehBotol and one box of MieGoreng when she comes)

Christmas is coming soon, she'll usually come down with her grandson during Christmas especially to take pictures of him and the Christmas decorations in Orchard Road. The last time I saw her was the day when we went shopping and I bought my Nintendo. The last thing we bought for her was lingerie from Marks&Spencers. The last meal we had with her was at ThaiExpress.

I'm taking the blow really cool. Its my mom who's really distraught. Tante Stein was her best friend. They helped each other in times of need. Unlike many of my mom's friends, Tante Stein was standing by my mom for richer or poorer and in health or in sickness. Whenever Tante Stein is at our house, she'll do all the housechores and even iron and mop our house.

My mom said that "Good people always die early".

Tante Stein is very distanly related to my mom (something like cousin-in-law's cousin). But she's closer to us than my granma and aunts are to us.

Rest In Peace - Augustina Regina Pangemanan
You will always be in our hearts.

    "Gnana pe wowok!"

Mom, Angelica and I will be going for her funeral tomorrow in Indonesia. Hope we'll be on time. I've also caught the flu bug, I hope I'll be better by tomorrow.

Love, Peace & Kita pe Tante
